Is there a walk-in location for San Diego area residents?

  Yes, we allow anyone to pick up an order from our warehouse in San Diego without having to pay anything for shipping. For more information about walk in times and directions to our office please see the shipping information page.

What is your refund policy if I am not satisfied?

  We carry quality products, and we send you quality products. However, nobody is perfect and sometimes something goes wrong with an order. Usually it is the shipping carrier's fault due to missing or delayed deliveries. If that is the case, you will receive all your money back, and we will make the claim with Fed Ex. If we are the ones who made the mistake, then you will also receive all of your money back, or you can save it as a credit on any future orders. Use our Contact form to tell us about the issue.

Why are the shipping costs so high?

  Please keep in mind that shipping several pounds of seafood along with gel ice and packaging overnight with Fed Ex is expensive, even with our 40%+ discount, check  for yourself. We do not make any money from shipping, and charge you only what it costs us. To get your money's worth on the shipping, a good idea would be to order larger portions and store them in your freezer, or combine orders with friends (because shipping rates are significantly better per pound when packages are 15+ lbs). Also think of the shipping cost as the tip you would give at a nice sushi bar.

How much is my shipping?

  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I received the wrong product.

  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
